Well after a bit of effort (machine wouldn't register money, I had to take everything out and go to another one) I got my laundry done  So another 10+ days before I have to think about that again.

Now watching Columbo :p:

On my to do list:
Talk to registry about bursary
Return to library (I went through part of it with my Dad on the first day, but never went on the tour)
Pay accom fees.

Yeah, I'm interested to know about costs too. If I recall (the one and only time i've been in a launderette), the cost of one cycle was £3.50. But that was a couple of years ago. I've put off going to the launderette so far and hand-washed most things. Washing machines scare me. :s-smilie:

Also, met Caeleb today. He was super nice and fun. Next on the agenda: group meetup!

If you're talking about laundry. £1.80 for a normal colour cycle (~32 minutes) and 60p for the dryer (42 minutes). In Tyler Court A we have a small room on the bottom floor with 4 washers and 4 dryers.

That's pretty decent. A lot cheaper than the launderettes back home!

everything in this uni u have to pay extra for. :frown:

im in rutherford so the laundry place is..somewhere downstairs.near the bar somewhere *randomly points around* heh..will have to take a look at it. (the most ive ever washed is bedding which has an easy setting to remember, all these diff. clothes need the same colour piles, different ways to watch blah blah blah its so confusing! )

You might have to go without me. I have to meet up with a lecturer, and then go over to Rutherford to pick up some course material. Then I have a lecture later on. Sorry. :frown:

Got back like half an hour ago... I wonder if I'll ever be able to avoid getting lost in Canterbury whenever I go there! Anyway, I still want to go down there tomorrow (if Smashlite goes) and buy some posters or whatever for my room as it's a bit barren. :frown: I'll also try and buy some books tomorrow I think as well - and it was nice meeting you too Martell.

Yay my 2 hour lecture today lasted 40 minutes

And apparently I'm entitled to and will receive a £750 bursary. Unfortunately the first instalment is in December so I'm living on my own money until then.

I don't even know whether I get a bursary or not! :frown:

Does anyone want to do anything tonight... or invite me round so I can be spared of a 'block party'!?!

I'm going off to this anime society thing  Having been the one society I've been looking forward to, I'm not going to miss it.

I was gonna join the Anime society... but I think my place is the SFX one... I just know more about SFX then Anime but I am sure that I'll see you on one of the geeky cross-over days between SFX/Animeted and Adventure Gaming Soc! LOL!

Oh and Martell, if I don't go with people down my dorm (who aren't too keen either) - I'll pop round!

Sadly, there's not much to do here, so you'll probably be even more bored. I feel like I should have packed Jenga in my suitcase.
hey aaron, what time do you want to go?
What a crap day.
