Brayford Quay Lincoln

Hello, I am thinking about choosing Brayford Quay for my accommodation. However I was unsure on what room size to go for? Is it better to pay a little more to be assured you don't end up with the 'bad' room. Is standard en-suite with a view much more? Or worth it? Any Advice please!
