Hi,
Today I received conditional offer for a MSc course with such information "Submit a UKVI IELTS qualification [...] or one of the accepted English Certificates listed. As I've already applied and paid for standard academic IELTS, I would like to ask, is it really necessary to undertake UKVI version of IELTS? What is your experience with it? (as EU citizen i don't need visa to study in the UK).

To future generations: UKVI IELTS is not necessary, unless you need pre-sessional language course.
