What is the difference between cultural and material deprivation?

Material; lack of physical things, money, etc. In terms of education; private schooling, private tutoring, books at home, school trips, housing
So material deprivation would mean not being able to afford these things, probably living in the catchment area of a failing school (90% failing schools are in deprived areas etc)

Cultural; all to do with tastes, preferences, etc. Such as knowledge of classical musicians, going to museums etc
So cultural deprivation means the lack of this knowledge, having 'cheaper' tastes

They do link a lot though
