DISSERTATION PANIC! Struggling with my Literature Review.

Hey all, due to unforeseen circumstances I have had to change the topic of my dissertation and have had to basically start again, my dissertation is due April the 13th and time is running out fast...

My topic is now: How to leaders motivate employees in the hospitality industry.

My literature review is set out as follows:

A discussion of classical and contemporary motivational theorists.

A discussion on the literature that reports on what motivates employees in the hotel industry, and then the same, but for the food service industry.

Now I am unsure if this is even the right way of doing this? Does that sound right so far?

But the main problem now is I'm unsure on what to write next... does anyone have any recommendations? GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

Also could put things like :

- Current or recent issues with leadership in the hospitality industry.
- Types of leaders (Transformational, autocratic, democratic etc)
- Facts or figures you can find
