Hild Bede is a 5 min walk to the city centre, if you are a bit slow on your feet. Its a big place, you are not going to be isolated per se...

There are not any biggish college with Hild Bede stereotypes that I know of, and most of them are just silliness perpetuated by a few freshers having initial fun. You are best ignoring them tbh...

i'm not applying til sept so i have ages to decide. i love the look of hild bede and mildert, although i've gotta say i haven't done much research into the others!

I lived in the middle of Hild Bede during my second year, it is much closer to town than all the hill colleges.

most of your lectures would be in elvet riverside for that I would think. Which is roughly 10 mins from Hilde/Bede and roughly 20 mins from the hill colleges.

There's a shortcut to the Psychology building through Grey, though it gets a bit muddy when it's wet.

I wouldn't think you'd be going to the department every day though, most of your lectures should be on the main science site.

6 Total modules, look in your course specifaction for exactly how many free modules you have. Bear in mind any combination must fit your timetable...

Psychology and some other depts are just the same. Maths only has 4 core modules as well, but if you are a real sad ass then they offer some extra stuff :p:
