Does it tell you the room letters?
If not I'd check the notoiceboard in your department, they generally have a big list of the lectures on there.

How the fudge do i find my timetable out? Can't make head nor tale of the timetable checker online.

Maths and Physics list the information on their websites.

For other subjects, go on SPA's website and use their timetable.

Does everyone doing the module have lectures together then? I wasn't sure if we got split into groups or anything ...

Lectures are together, Tutorials you get put into groups. Core A actually has to use the 400 seater theatre because of this.

Physics I have no idea about Tutorial groups, but the guy you need to contact is Adrian Skelton.

Maths I have links for:

If any of your tutorials clash for Maths, see Sharry Borgan in CM208.

yeah, still having a bit of trouble with that, checked the physics ones, but the maths ones I cant seem to find. I'm not registered on their system for the personal checker thing yet.

Click on the individual lecture slots to find them.
Got my registration done for criminology modules and my politics elective. I was a bit amused to find my lectures are taking place in science site. Hopefully my lectures are mostly in the morning etc.

Are you going to the Fresher's Ball? Got a ticket that picks up on Elvet Hill Road that you'd be prepared to swap for one that picks up at Kascada bowling?

Argh, I got one of the events pack, so my ticket is pick up on Elvet, but I've just bought one for my boyfriend and they only had Kascada pick up ones left!

Can I not just take him on the Elvet bus??

If not, swap, anyone?

xx
I have two lectures which clash that are both criminology modules and I think they both need to be taken to get my degree. Nice to see everything is in working order. :p:

Maybe they are on alternating weeks?
Two questions...

1. I was wondering if anyone knows how many international students Durham takes every year?

2. Also, how competitive is Economics and French?

With regards to number one, I'd guess it's a lot, I've met/seen no end since i've been here.

And is that a good thing or a bad thing?
Why do I have dinner on Monday with a member of staff? Well it does say why but a dinner is required? Sounds like the Inns of Court milarky with requiring twelve dinners and Tufts/Prudy will be amused at that.

Introducing me to the collegiate system but time everything like this is done it will be the winter break.

I swear not many people have done enough work.

Go to the Tutor meal, the food is nicer and there is free booze. Obviously some Tutor's are better than others, my one took us all around some really nice pubs last year.

I reckon you are doing too much work tbh, half what the recommend is normally about right.
