Accommodation costs for second year.
Hello I am a prospective student at Surrey university. I have been to appliant days and have received an offer to study at Surrey. However I am worried about the cost of living in Surrey. I read in an online article How surrey is the second most expensive place for students and I'm slightly terrified by that. I don't want to put pressure on my family with regards to my finance during my 3 years of studying there.
Anyone who has lived in private accommodation in Surrey or is currently looking for private accommodation could you please give me a figure of the housing costs you came across and the general cost of living in Surrey from a students perspective.
