Why have testosterone levels dropped so much?

Testosterone levels across all ages of adult men have dropped at a rate of around 1.4% per year since records began: https://www.endocrine.org/news-room/...in_men_decline

I firmly believe that this is a coordinated plot by the global elites and secret organisations to slowly increase their power over a subdued population. Men are far more likely to rebel against authority than women, so if men were chemically altered to be more like women, this would be less of a problem for the powers that be.

It is also the message from the feminists that anything inherently male must be destroyed. Testosterone is incredibly important in survival and strength situations.

So, what could be causing it? My suggestions are:

Increased usage of porn (promoted by the elites)
Estrogen placed in food/drink (inhibits testosterone production)
Less emphasis on playing sports and physical activity.

I initially thought the same, but then the same has affected women, but their testosterone levels have increased over the same period?

Millions of women are on the pill which artificially regualtes their hormones.

Women take the pill; pass out contents in unrine; water goes to sewers, gets refined and the same water filled with oestrogen comes out our taps to drink.

Quite possibly. Also the possibility that fluoridation could have an affect?

Not sure, but plastic packaging is really bad too. Avoid eating packaged food in general, it's ****. Don't drink water in plastic bottles, get a glass or metal one. Lift heavy weaights, ~6 reps. Go out in the sun everyday and take multivitamins, sleep at least 8 hrs every night.

You'll have higher test than 95% of males.

Yeah I agree. I do lift, I'm not seeking advice, I'm well aware of its hormonal benefits. It's one of the few things that actually encourages testosterone production, as opposed to just cutting down on testosterone production inhibitors (such as cortisol and estrogen)

The main culprit is feminism because it has resulted in the feminisation of society. The majority of men are feminist yielding cucks who have either been brainwashed by feminism or don the have the balls to criticise it.

Other ideologies are also to blame like the promotion and normalisation of LGBT's and their lifestyles.
I also agree with this. Although I suspect it is a vicious circle- lack of testosterone, more feminisation, over and over again, propagating itself through many different mediums.

I also think feminism is a big part of it. Men feel as though they're walking on eggshells because one wrong word about a women and all hell breaks loose. They're basically scared...

Men need to man up and get a backbone and women need to stop thinking they're infallible. Some feminists are so bad that even if a man holds a door open for them they take offence. Feminism used to mean women's rights and equality but now it means women's superiority.

Here's what Julius Caesar said about how possessions and civilization tend to effeminate the mind.

All Gaul is divided into three parts, one of which the Belgae inhabit, the Aquitani another, those who in their own language are called Celts, in our Gauls, the third. All these differ from each other in language, customs and laws. The river Garonne separates the Gauls from the Aquitani; the Marne and the Seine separate them from the Belgae. Of all these, the Belgae are the bravest, because they are furthest from the civilization and refinement of [our] Province, and merchants least frequently resort to them, and import those things which tend to effeminate the mind; and they are the nearest to the Germans, who dwell beyond the Rhine, with whom they are continually waging war; for which reason the Helvetii also surpass the rest of the Gauls in valor, as they contend with the Germans in almost daily battles, when they either repel them from their own territories, or themselves wage war on their frontiers."

That doesn't affect someone on a chemical level though, so that's irrelevant in this debate.
