Rigevidon: The Pill

For this pill you take it for 21 days have a 7 day break and then take it for 21 days and so on.
Would it still be as effective in terms of perfect use if:
I took the pill for 28 days (4 weeks)
Stopped for a 7 day break
Then took it for 14 days
And then had a 7 day break and resumes as normal?
Would the hormones in the pill work the same or?

My doctor told me someone has recommended people actually take it for 60 days (so 3 months worth of packets) and then have a 4 day break if they would prefer to only bleed once every 3 months rather than every month
