Slaidburn House in Bowland anyone?

Hi all, I haven’t heard anyone mention their in Slaidburn house yet :confused:

, so just to put my mind at rest I would really appreciate it if any kind fellow Bowlanders would a: tell me what its like ( if you know) and b: IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE…. On floor D???

slaidburn used to be part of furness last year i think! but its pretty good! i knew lots of ppl who lived there and i think they liked it! the rooms are pretty big and the bathrooms are alrite. i didn't live there myself though so i'm sure someone else can tell you better than i can!

Not to be picky or anything, but Slaidburn has always been part of Bowland. It was loaned to Furness during building work.
It's certainly one of the more modern parts of Bowland (mid-90s?), and handy for Spar (next door!), but it's a couple of minutes from the College itself (bar, office, etc.). Not really a problem, though.
