yeah my plan is to try to regulate my meals and portions, cause i've just been eating what i want when i want for the last few years and it has been at a severe cost to my health. good luck with your bourbon abstinence.

well when I say "up" to myself I really mean "awake"
just awoke from some dream where all my teeth fell out one by one and then had to drive to somewhere where a person ddealt with someone who fell off motorbikes!! and then I was struck in a up/down lift.
so listening to music on my phone and on tsr to distract myself
some strange stuff...

sounds good - which places are you considering?
