    Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a CPE exam paper. I have to analyse a Case and a Statute. Below are questions from a past exam paper...
Any help will be much appreciated
    Thanks in advance!

(sorry for the double post, never saw this section before)

    Case Analysis

Write a critical summary of the judgement of Lord Steyn in Morris v. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines / King v. Bristow Helicopters Ltd (2002) UKHL7

    OR

Write a critical summary of the judgement of Lord Steyn in R v. Rezvi (2002) UKHL 1

    Summary should include:
An explanation of the legal issues involved.
    The judgement.
    The ratio decidendi.
    Any important obiter dicta.
A critical analysis of the importance, if any, of this judgement.

    Statute Analysis

Write a critical summary of Tobacco advertising and Promoion Act 2002

    OR

Write a critical summary of London Regional Transport (Penalty Fares) Act 1992

    Summary should include:
A description of the Act, including its purpose and scope.
A critique of whether the Act, as written, will properly achieve its purpose.
Any provisions or words in the Act which require further clarification.
Any amendments which you consider ought to be made to the Act.

    What do you mean?
I think Muncruns referring to the simplicity of the question, it seems more college level than degree level to me.

I don't do the LLb so I'm assuming you mean it's very different from the llb so was just asking in what way.

    Thank you Dajo!

Yes and the style of the question makes it known what they are really after.
