Completing LD questionnaire

It is completely anonymous and should take only 5-10 minutes to complete. It asked multiple choice questions about test anxiety in education and you personal belief in your own educational abilities.

If you are a university student with a learning disability (for example dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD) and would like to fill out my anonymous questionnaire, I would be very grateful.
