Pembroke

I really like the look of Pembroke, and I am wanting to read Philosophy. Is this a good college for philosophy, and is it a good college overall?

Good college, friendly people (in my limited experience), very good formals, completely shit bar, very good academically. Beyond that I know very little.

Ooh, I'm thinking of Pembroke to apply for MML!

It looks like a lovely little place, really beautiful buildings, and also: they have cats; Bill Oddie and Eric Idle went there; and the porter has an amazing moustache! On the college prospectus there seems to be something bizarre going on with some girl's leg, and -- even better -- on the virtual tour on the website, there s a picture of some grass with a 'keep off the grass' sign on it, with a person walking on the grass in the distance! I ve also heard they do some big brunch thing every weekend.
