Room available in Flat in St Peter's Court through til September

I'm looking to move out in the middle of April as my course ends early. My lease is through til the start of September and I'm looking for someone to take it over. I'd be willing to help with renting costs somewhat to save you some money.

My flatmates are all nice and keep to themselves, and so this would be a great place to be if you're sitting exams or taking a Summer course.

SPC is in a great location for getting to either Uni, with a free bus service. There are lots of places to eat nearby and you're a short bus ride from the city centre. Please message me here if you are interested.
