Decisions???

I only have IGCSE degree (bio,chem,phy,math & english) but with bad grades, after private studies I had to stop my education..Now after 5 years I'm again getting the chance to study. I want to be very honest, I'm really confused and stressed. Now from 2 months I joined home tutor for sociology,English language and Islamic studies and I have to finish it asap like maybe in oct/nov 2017 (I know very short time)..I looked for universities online but they all require A level but ultimately I want to study Designing in uni or maybe 2 year course as a mature student but which course I want to do needs portfolio and I don't have one or don't know how to make it (my resources are very limited). As I was researching I saw somewhere it was written that unis take student for foundation courses which is equivalent to A level. Please guys give me sincere advices or suggestions about what should I do and which Uni should i consider?
