What is your inner monologue?
If you speak only english, it will be in english. If you speak only spanish, it will be in spanish. What if you speak both english and spanish fluently? Then is your inner monologue in spanish or english?

Not sure about that... inner monologue is usually the first language you think in when you talk.... for me it's Hindi... wait atleast for 30 minutes before bumping a thread!
I don't actually speak French very well, but sometimes I think in my very broken French.

Really. How many languages do you speak fluently?
Depends what language I feel like being in, and my context. If I'm listening to french music, for example, I'll be monologuing in french, or doing anything home related because I speak french at home. But normally it's in a mix of different languages, dominantly french and English, and occasionally Spanish and Portuguese with maybe rarely one or two words of Korean.
