OCR Physics Pearson Textbook Newton's Laws Free Body Diagram [PLEASE HELP]

I have the following question and I am trying to answer part (C) (see attached 1st).

I drew some free-body diagrams (see attached 2nd) but the answers (see attached 3rd) say it is wrong.

Can someone help me as to why I am wrong?
