Astronometry problem

Given a telescope with an accuracy of 26.4 micro arcseconds that co-rotates the earth at 1.5 million km that acts an an interferometer with two 3m telescopes and a baseline of 6m, what is the furthest distance it can measure?
Sounds like it's asking for a radial distance parallax calculation for a space telescope orbiting at L2... something like GAIA

seems simplified because the accuracy of GAIA depends on the magnitude of the star
