Hi,

I was accepted for the MSc in Renaissance & Early Modern Studies at Edinburgh, but I was also accepted at other unis in the UK. I was accepted at St Andrews in their 'general' art history program and I'm debating whether to go to this uni instead of Edinburgh because it's better ranked and I want to pursue a PhD afterwards.

I want to focus on Renaissance art for my MA and PhD, however, so I'm debating whether it would be better to go to Edinburgh which offers me a really excellent program or go instead to St Andrews and focus there on Renaissance art. There's two faculty members that could supervise my work there.

Any advice about the MA at Edinburgh or the uni itself?
