Restarting 2nd year.

I've already made up my mind and I've spoken to my university and have the ability to restart my second year for personal issues. However I'm stuck for money, I wont get finance and I am hoping to find a full time job until September I'm just not sure how long this will take. Can I do something in the meantime to get help for rent and bills? Thanks

You may be able to get a loan for your uni.

Also check out private student loans. Google this.

You could work picking, packing jobs in warehouse, there are lots of these available especially at agencies.
