Ive had this severe toothache for 2 days now, it really badly hurts all my right side teeth, including the gums. Paracetamols dont get rid of the pain, which is strange cos they usually do work on me. I tried cooadamel, which just made me drowsy and didnt get rid of the pain. And I put bonjela on it, which was good as it numbed the pain, but my saliva just rubbed it away.

Is there any other way I can get of this pain, maybe some home made remedy?

clove oil numbs your gums... buy some listerine and use it for a few days, you should notice a big improvement, your gums will not hurt and any pain/bleeding/soreness will dissapear...

No its not teething, cos Ive got all my teeth, Im 18 btw.

I have booked an appointment with the dentist on Thursday (great day for an appointment. ).
Anyway in the mean time, they are really killing me. Ibruprofen did not get rid of the pain, no pain killer has. I tried clove oil, its good temporaryily, but Im sick of reapplying it after every half hour. Anyway, dentists specialists please answer this.

One of my tooth at the top, near the centre is the only one when touched sends an electric shock down my body. Inside it, it feels like theres a heart beating, cos the pain in it throbs like a heart beat constantly.
What do you think is wrong with it?

The pain could be caused by inflamed or infected pulp in the root canal.
Is there any visible decay or infection at the top or outer surface of the tooth? Or have you chipped the tooth recently?

Root canal  sounds scary. No theres no chipped thing. Although the gum around it looks more white than red/pink.
