I have been invited to an assessment day at a digital marketing agency. The job I am going for is a client services/account director. Any ideas on what I could expect not the day?

From my experience it could include any of the following:

- Icebreaker session
- Group based tasks such as building a tower or maybe the classic "what would you take with you to a deserted island" discussion.
- Interview (Group/Individual)
- Individual assessment (maths, English or some sort of knowledge based questions)
- Question and Answer session
- Presentations (if you have to make one, usually for the group based tasks)

I'm spending my entire day tomorrow going over absolutely everything I can think of. I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed that there won't be any psychometric testing - it baffles me completely.
