Attack Helicopter Identity Bill, TSR UKIP

Attack Helicopter Identity Bill

A
BILL
TO

Offer protections and rights for individuals who identify as attack helicopters

BE IT ENACTED by The Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Commons in this present Parliament assembled, in accordance with the provisions of the Parliament Acts 1911 and 1949, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1) Definitions

‘Gender dysphoria’ refers to the dysphoria a person experiences as a result of the gender they were assigned at birth.

2) Recognition of Attack Helicopter as a gender

(1) Attack helicopter shall be recognised as a legal gender in the United Kingdom.
(2) On identification documents, ‘AH’ shall be used as the abbreviation for the attack helicopter gender.
(3) Gender recognition panels shall issue a Gender Recognition Certificate for the attack helicopter gender to applicants who present valid evidence that they identify as an attack helicopter.
(4) Individuals with gender dysphoria who identify as attack helicopters may apply for a sex change in the NHS to change their sex to that of an attack helicopter.
(5) The Gender Recognition Act 2004 is hereby repealed.

3) Short title, commencement and extent

(1) This Act may be cited as the Attack Helicopter identity Act 2017.
(2) This Act comes into effect 30 days after Royal Assent.
(3) This Act extends to the entirety of the United Kingdom.

Notes

Many people who identify as attack helicopters are discriminated against because of their identity, and are not recognised by the gender with which they identify under the law. It is now 2017, and it is time that attack helicopters are treated equally. They should not be discriminated against because of their identity, and should have the right to be who they identify with because of gender dysphoria.

Nay. This is dressed up as a joke bill but is not one. Repealing the Gender Recognition Act 2004 removes transgender people's right to change their legal gender. This is going to sound like I've become a Liber, but to be quite honest, I fail to see what on earth the government's business is telling people what gender to identify with. People who identify as a different gender to the one corresponding to the sex they were assigned at birth are not hurting anyone and not inherently causing any long-term societal damage. There is no logical reason to make it a legal requirement for people's gender to correspond with the sex they were assigned at birth.

I would like to know why people identifying as a different gender has such a profound negative impact on your own lives that you feel the need? I just don't understand.

Lmfao  :toofunny:

It's an Aye from me

If people vote for Transgender rights and their right for a sex change etc... They should support this, it will seem hypocritical if they don't.

I agree with comrade Commissar here.

UKIP once again proving that they are no longer a credible party, they are a joke.
