Hi everyone, I study criminology and am just starting to plan an essay due in a couple of weeks time. This is the question:
Using examples, explain Howard Becker’s concept of ‘becoming deviant’ and outline what its implications are for understanding criminality.

I am struggling to understand the 'using examples' bit, do you think this means examples of Becker's work/contribution? Or examples others have said? I am not sure what examples to provide. Would appreciate any help on this! Thank you guys
