Well seen as applications are already being sent off. I thought I'd take it upon myself to create a new one of these for us 2008 applicants
Post your Course that you are applying for and your College if it isn't an open application. Then hopefully be discussing some offers soon!

and so are you. your totally spamming our wonderful thread with your complaining. we have another boring year of colleg to attend to, whilst you go and get to party being freshers. at least let us enjoy this simple little thread. its not taking up alot of room on the forum and and its not like the 2007 one has been taken off sticky yet.
Hehehe Apologies, but your whole applying and starting uni process is almost over now. For us it has only just begun Now we can get excited.
Oh and your durham application 07 thread started before this one so you stole the year before you's thunder. I think we should look upon it as somewhat of a TSR tradition, showing the eagerness of all us students
you are so stealing our thunder It shouldn't be stickied till we get there though. asides which, you're spamming up the discussion board with all your 'which college should I go to...' threads.
Course - Law College - Butler (There was no question as to college choice - was there as a fresher in October 2006 doing economics but left to "follow my heart" and all that. Butler is amazing though - choose it! )
In case any of you haven't found this yet, there are virtual tours and video clips (for about half the colleges; I expect more will be up soon) to help you choose:

Course: Anicent, Medieval and Modern History College: Hatfield. I know people claim it's full of 'rahs', which puts me off a bit, but the words 'rugby' and 'beer' seem to feature prominently in all descriptions, which seems like a clear benefit.
