Has anyone had a confirmation email or anything yet?

I sent my UCAS off last week so it's not that long a go, I'm just curious.
I havent got anything from Durham yet.
Not a thing, last year I got sent a letter saying they'd received it and explaining it'll take longer than you want because it gets passed through the department and then the college.. That was just before christmas!

*sigh* it begins.

Please please please please please please please please PLEASE just be patient. I know it's hard to be, but if you go asking around for people getting confirmations as soon as they get one you'll be worried about you not getting one. If you simply don't ask anyone about what they've got then you won't worry.

YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE LOST!

Hehe. How was your year abroad, Becca?

I've been wavering towards Trevs for some reason today, but I think I'll stick with Castle. It's too much hassle to change, considering I'll like Castle again tomorrow!

France was a bit ;poo, Italy was awesome! Very different even though I did ERASMUS in both countries.

How come France was so bad?

It sounds strange since I'm good at French, but I'm not looking forward to going there as much as I should be. I'm sure I'll just drown in French bureaucracy and pen-pushing. It was bad enough trying to buy things in shops, nevermind actually live there :s-smilie:

You just answered your own question there

Also, in France they put me in halls of residence and I spoke no French because the people on my floor were all other ERASMUS students.

In Italy I found my own house and lived with italians. :yy:

I received a confirmation letter from Durham some time in November last year. Like dobbs has said, just be patient. It takes time, and you won't be forgotten.
