Ooooh you poor sods! This is SO cruel. Can't believe people were complaining in December about not hearing and now it's March and they're still keeping you waiting. I really hope they're just trying really hard to find you a place! *fingers crossssssed*

think i will ring tommorow... i don't think it is fair us having to wait so long. I mean other universities seem to manage to reply quick enough! ahhhh i feel incredibly fed up

Yeah, I feel the same. I couldn't bear to ring up, only for them to tell me that I'd been rejected. I'd be forever feeling that they only rejected me because I rang up, and that, therefore, it was my own fault!

Haha UCAS REVENGE... sounds a good horror movie to me.

Various codes keep appearing on Sixth Former's hands across the world as the 5th of May approaches... What can they mean? Do they have a significance to the courses they applied to over five months ago?! Suddenly our heroine Gertrude finds the code Q300 on her hand and gets a mysterious phone call from the finance office at Durham University. What can this mean? Gerty decides to ring back only to find out... But why does nobody ever hear from her again? Hundreds of waiting applicants suddenly start to go missing whilst responding to cryptic phone calls and e-mails. Who is behind it all and what do they want? Is it all for the tuition fees? Enter Bill Bryson, crazed chancellor, wanting to create a super-race of Durham applicants armed to gun down all other students from top ten unis with flying ducks and pashminas. Who will win in UCAS REVENGEEEEEE?!?!?!

I got an offer from Van Mildert too although I applied to Butler. Apparently it has a swamp, it's next to a few other colleges and near the library, and it's easy to get a single room. That's my info so far:smile:

i am SO jealous but congrats RadiantJewel!........ mannnnnnn i want to know! I actually don't think i would mind being rejected over the phone anymore, at least i would know one way or the other! I must admit, my love for Durham has faded slightly as i really can't see myself getting in anymore. I wish i wanted to study something less competitive! swiss_fairy, looks like it is just me and you now... ooh and taemon!
