I was there last week on wednesday night/thursday morning. (rubbish hair, red hedband). it seemed rather friendly, I think I probably just didn't get to see some of the quieter bits on account of who was showing me around.

*sigh*. I knew I shouldn't have selected a college to apply to when I was suffering from extreme lack of sleep. (I must be the only applicant hoping not to get into their first choice college at the mo - provided Durham deems to have me at all that is..)

living in the castle isn't all its cracked up to be so i hear. Apparently its quite drafty

Lies. The rooms in the actual castle are all really warm!! My room on the other hand...Oh and I think the Grey video is the most embarassing of all the videoes. The Cuths one is good, I don't think I like ours very much.

I slept on the floor of a castle friend's room last night in a t shirt and shorts with only a blanket with holes in (one of those ones that almost looks like net rather than blanket), with the windows wide open. Definitely NOT cold and drafty. That, and it's really cool to say that I slept (sort of) in a castle last night :p:

Anyone know how long it takes for a college to decide to pass you on and spit in your face? haha. Last year I got my letter a couple of days apres durham track update... No such joy this time. What;s the longest someone's waited between durham tracky and UCAS track/letter?

Forgive the paranoia of the stressed and crazed English maniac...

that video unreasonably enraged me
i love the way they spell the long complicated words like "squash"
according to vid entire population of hatfield is seven 'enticing' residents
if you're going to say cool 8 times in one breath pronounce the damned 'l' :mad:

this may've been affected by the 12 hour shift i've just finished though :biggrin:

I applied for 2 courses at Durham. So far I have got an offer for one – Natural Sciences at Hatfield, absolutely chuffed especially as it was an AAA course. Anyone heard from Geog yet? x

Unfortunately, no I haven't! Although I'm still obsessively checking Durham Track. :redface:

I doubt it'd be a glitch, as from last year's thread, the international/ post A-level offers were sent out a whole month before the others. It might be because it takes a while for your application to pass onto the college even though Durham Track's changed and for them to decide... or something along those lines. Good luck with your offer and with University college though! :biggrin:

Do you reckon it's true that if you look under the 'Links' page on Durham track, it tells you which college your application is at? :s-smilie:

I've heard that from somewhere! You could try it and see - here's hoping for Castle for you! :smile:

(Although it'll be Castle anyway and might not change - I could be mistaken :redface:
