For now we are safe. Having seen the new round of A-levels, I doubt anyone is going to miss their grades.

Look at the specifications online. Lets just say they follow along from the new round of GCSE's. The only subject that hasnt been changed is maths, it got dumbed down 4 years earlier instead. I know in ICT they have taken the hardest 1/3 of the coursework out, made the rest easier, and made it count for the same. I doubt any other subject will be prettier.

Exactly, Durham is the best in the country for English. Plus its a nicer uni, and isnt having serious financial problems.

Well possible neighbours. Oh go to Durham definitely. I am terribly biased of course. But Durham is I have to say one of the best for English and Philosophy
