    My AS predicted: Maths B/C
    Biology A
    Chemistry B
    ICT A

    Actual AS results Maths A
    Biology A
    Chemistry B
    ICT B
Not 100% accurate however for my A2:

    My A2 predicted: Maths A
    Biology A
    Chemistry A
    ICT A

    Actual A2 results Maths A
    Biology A
    Chemistry A
    ICT A
Somehow I managed to get all A's just what my teachers had predicted, now that is either them being good or just tryin to humor me!

    i just got predicted:

    English Language: C
    Business Studies: C/B
    ICT: A

I had kind of begun to set my heart on Computer Science at Kent. They require a BBB. Assuming the C/B is a B, the points total is the same. Do Unis allow students into their courses even when one of their predicted grades is below what they state, if the points are the same?

Needless to say, i'm quite pissed off i got predicted these grades, especially english. My teacher is always all "i expect each and every one of you to get atleast a B" and then she predicts me a C. Not chuffed.

THe whole predicted things seems quite fiddly. The Scottish system is a lot more straightforward.

    i got in my AS's..

    maths -b
    chem -b
    bio - a
    computing -a

but i just get teachers to predict me A's and they do so.

    thats good. very good.

    Well, last year, I got:

    AS Psychology (AQA) = A
    AS Biology (OCR) = C
    AS Chemistry (OCR) = C - resitting C&R because I missed B by 6 marks
    AS Maths (Edexcel) = C - resitting S1 because I missed B by 3 marks
    GCSE Italian (AQA) = A

My teachers haven't yet discussed what my predicted grades but we were told that our predicted grades were basically the same as our AS grades, unless you are really close to the next grade.

Therefore, my own predicted grades are:

    A2 Psychology = B/A
    A2 Chemistry = B
    A2 Maths = B
    AS Italian = B/A

I'm hoping to go to King's College or UCL but I'm not sure whether I'm good enough I'm pretty dumb compared to you guys...

Btw, my GCSE grades are 2A*, 6As, 2Bs and 1C. I did so much better in my second year of GCSE so I hope that my A2s will be better than my AS as well.

I'm so dumb compared to you guys! I was told my A2 Psychology predicted grade today and it was a A/B! I got an A in my AS, 264/300 marks in fact but some people who just scraped an A are predicted As! I have been in such a bad mood all day. I'm gonna prove my teachers wrong and get that A!

Are there upsides to being predicted lower grades? My teacher told me that my college usually predicts you lower grades so that the universities don't give you such high targets to get in.

Did you get less than your required grades and still get into university?
