I am doing the Gold DofE award and really nervous, I really want to find out as much as possible and what to expect whilst doing the expeditions like are they tough?

I've done it so happy to answer what you like! Will move this to a better forum for you too- if you look at the top there's a d of e megathread stickied with a few people who've done/are doing it in there too. Have you done the other awards or is this your first one? Do you know what/where you're doing yet?
