UWE Bristol applicants-accomodation email

Has anyone else recieved an email from UWE Bristol asking them to click a link and apply for accomodation but the link doesn't work?!
Am concerned because i know the places are first come first served.
Please help!!

This says applications open in mid-late April - Double check in your portal pages or give them a quick ring it might be that you were sent the email by mistake.

hardly any applicants have picked a firm/insurance yet and if the link isn't working for you then it wont be working for anyone - you're not likely to miss out (and if you don't get your preferences in the first allocation then you'll usually be able to swap in August)
