I want to go to any of Leeds, York, Warwick, Bristol and Nottingham next year to do Law and I'm doing my AS exams this summer.

What course are you looking at applying for? Do you know your AS predictions? I would say if you are predicted AAB then you are in for a shot but it depends on what course.
