where are you for your results then? i'd hate to find out on the phone, i'd wanna be the first to know. it's really disconcerting that even my teachers know my results for exams that i sat, not them

im at home - my college has some strange technique of humiliating students over the phone, then posting the results slip over the next few days :frown:

i cant really complain since its a private sixth form college
I remember my GCSE results and my German teacher had a nice grin and said well done then I asked why then he said I got a C since I was on the C/D boundaries :biggrin:

omg how nasty are they! urgh i'd make sure i was away on results day so they wouldn't be able to phone. whats the point in it?it wastes phone bills and time with clearing etc
