Does my stepdad have feelings for me?

My mum and stepdad have been married for 3 years now and we're close in a father daughter sense. As i live in a very hot country, i tend to wear lingerie/bikini and thong a majority. My stepdad has seen my body on a number of occasions and he's told me that my body is sexy. I took it as a compliment and didn't think that he'd crush on me but recently i've been noticing when i'm in the pool wearing summer underwear he'd watch my body/me and would sometimes come in the pool with me with his boxers on only holding my hips. I didn't say anything at first and tried to ignore it but he started to say how he wishes he was young enough to have fun with me properly. I told my mom and she said that he's just kidding. Once i was on the couch in my bra and underwear and he came and sat next to me normally. I found everything that the did normal up until the point where he slyly slid his arm around my waist and massaged my thigh. I immediately got up and went making excuses that i had homework.
Then, the day after i was sitting on the counter in my kitchen and he came from behind unlatched my bra (which i was unaware off) but noticed when my boobs were on show. He then slapped my thighs and told me that he had a s_x dream with me.
What do i do?
