second medical at RAF Halton

hi can someone tell me what happens at the second RAF Medical That takes place during the 10 weeks Basics. (preferably in depth)

e.g. blood test, injections, medical records.....

If someone is thinking of a career in the Armed Forces, then medicals are an accepted fact of life. You just have to deal with rocking up and letting a Doctor poke and prod you as they wish. You are either fit and healthy or you aren't.

You don't actually have another medical at Halton, not like the initial capita one anyway unless you have some sort of problem that warrants this.

You do have to provide your immunisation history and depending on what you've had in the past you may have to have anything from 1-6 needles stuck in you for vaccinations (I think I had the whole lot) and everybody has blood taken.

You're all sat in the briefing room in the med centre and called up one by one to get them done.
