Im just looking in the CGP revision guide, and I am wondering if this book has covered all the possible themes that AQA could ask about love and relationships.

The themes they listed are:
Romantic love: longing, fufilment, loss
Family relationships: independance, strong bonds, admiration, rebellion.
Distance, Desire and longing, Getting older, Death, Memory, nature
