slice up some fruit and throw it on your cereal
you can get at least another portion in at lunch and 2 more at dinner
then just have one portion as a snack at some point or as part of your dessert, like ice cream and berries or tinned fruit and cream or something

boom, 5 portions pretty simple

I can get four or five portions into a single stir fry. It's not that hard.

A few oranges and a couple of pears a day (i.e. 5 pieces of fruit) is only a few hundred calories and hardly filling. Don't see why it's so hard.

Veg goes with literally anything and frickin baked beans are one of your 5 a day, it's not unrealistic at all.

get yourself weetabix the cheapest brand and a box of fruit like blueberries or even bananas, under £5 and it lasts me 1 week ish. then the veggies are like under £5 if you know how to manage it

It's really not that hard. Don't forget that crisps are made of potato, which is a vegetable.

1. Ready salted crisps for breakfast
2. Cheese and onion crisps for elevenses
3. BBQ crisps with your lard sandwich at lunch
4. Salt 'n vinegars on the bus home at 5pm
5. Prawn cocktail before bed

Sorted.

Handful of frozen berries over cereal in the morning (1)
Peanut butter and banana sandwich before bed (2)
Apple or orange with lunch (3)
Green veggies with dinner x2 (5)
