Would a more negative blood water potential lead to a higher or lower rate of reabsorption of sodium ions? I can't get my head around this. A more negative blood water potential means the blood contains higher levels of ions, so would more be reabsorbed after ultrafiltration? Or would it all be filtered out?

Thanks in advance
