I'm good with the content within Biology, but I never seem to get full marks due to missing key words. Do I just need to memorise key words that are relating to that topic and randomly throw them in just to be sure, or is there any other way around this?

If I do need to simply memorise the key words, does anyone know of any easy ways to do that?

Same goes for Chemistry, but I just want to get an A* in Bio which is why I'm more concerned with it aha.

Do some questions and look at the mark schemes; the exam boards tend to repeat the general ideas in questions, so by doing more you get an idea of what's likely to be on the mark scheme before you even look at it.
