keep doing it then.. I honestly don't care if you don't want to follow my advice, I'm just telling you what will happen if you continue your regiment of paracetamol/tylenol/acetaminophen+alcohol...
It might help if you were able to explain your knowledge of this - are you a doctor, a researcher, a scientist, a student of something relevant? Do you have serious sources to back you up - because all google, pubmed and medica can provide is yahoo answers to support your claims ?

And you could explain why you mentioned the same drug three times in your post.

Look for the question, it'll do you no harm, I've mixed the two before, and I'm still fit and healthy

I took biology and we discussed this topic; basically the damage caused by tylenol on its own and how there are contraindications when this chemical is absorbed with with alcohol. I named the same drug 3 times because in Canada we referred to it as acetaminophen, over here you guys call it paracetamol. But nice way to object jerkwad,

You can't expect to "feel" liver damage, and the effects aren't immediate, but over a prolonged period of time. Do you feel the liver damage caused by drinking alcohol immediately? I think not. Like I've said several times, I honestly don't care, keep taking your acetaminophen/paracetamol/tylenol and booze. *thumbs up* for you.
