Wouldnt you know from your textbook? Examiners mark schemes? isnt the point that you need cases, especially in problem questions to support your answers?

It is to support answer but I'm just wondering if there are a specific set of cases. There's quite a variety for the same topics but I though maybe there could be an easy list - a kind of "need to know" list

It would be in your textbook. for instance if you are doing Murder, then there will be x cases that illustrate the major points. You should know what they are from your studies. If you dont have a textbook or notes, then try buying a revision book.

Look at some model answers.

Make sure its the correct modules.

For instance

For problem questions you only need to apply ones relevant to the case including cases from the elements if required e.g. for murder you would have to go through intention and causation cases. For acts of parliament include all of them-dates are also required to get the marks for an AOP. For essay questions you need 8 cases at least, but pick the ones that are of most relevance e.g. for intention Mohan, moloney, mathhews and alleyne, s.8 criminal justice act 1967, nedrick, woolin.
Hope this helps

Okay, this does help, thanks. It's just a pain because there's so many to remember on the chance that it will come up
