Student en-suite room great location

Hello everyone! One single en-suite room is available from 05/04/2017. £377 per month, bills and Wi-Fi included. The property is in an excellent location and only a one minute walk to the Diamond Building and two minutes to the Information Commons. It is also close to the bars, restaurants and shops of West Street and the Netherthorpe Road tram stop is just one minute walk away. You will be sharing the kitchen with two other people, both PhD students, very clean and quiet. The kitchen is really large and includes everything you need (a washing machine, a tumble dryer etc).
