Pets at home work experience

Im planning on doing my work experience at pets at home but have a few worries. The website tells me just to call but my school made us write cvs, If you've done a work experience at pets at home did you have an interview to bring in your cv. We also have a form for the employer to fill in, is that after you've done your week or before you start.When you did your placement were there other students?Where did you eat? Sorry if this seems I'm over complicating things :smile:
