you need to look at what each indivdual unit is looking for so you can start collecting evidence. under each unit there should be subsections with a range of things you could hit(you shouldnt have to hit all the range its wide as people can hit differnt areas depending on where they work) .that should help you see the types of evidence you need. for each piece of evidnce you will need a expert witness to confirm you comepleted the task your claming to have done. Your assesor should provide you with a plan of action to help you if they haven't ask them to, its their job to support you through this process so you can succeed. Your work place should also be supporting you. For exsample if the unit is check preciprion validity you would need to take in a prescirption while your witness is present and check all the legalitys of the prescription. then when you write your evidence make sure you are hitting the assesment criteria under that unit . im not sure what system you use or if its paper but you should hopefully have acess to the unit information. hope this helps, im not sure what your awarding body is like,
holla if it doesnt make sense
