What do you see as being in shape?

I'm not talking about having a sixpack or anything.
Just somewhat looking like you take care of yourself in terms of weight?
just take the heighest numbers which you think are ''in shape'' for average guys/girls.

I would say:

Guys: 70kg, 155 lbs, 11stone
girls: 55kg, 121 lbs, 8.66 Stone

I would say if you're inside an entity that has a shape then you are thus in shape.

Weights aren't really useful since people are so different in height, bone density, etc.. Fitness standards like being able to run a mile, or bang out 20 pullups will show if you're in shape to a more accurate degree

...But that's what I define as "in shape"?

If you're average, then you're not in shape.
Awks when you're higher than both lmaoo

a guy who weights 100kg and can crack out 15 chin ups is in better shape than someone who is 60kg and can do that.

Um, if shes anything over 5'10 then 8 stone is dangerously underweight
I've got a very high metabolism, so eat 24/7 and am still only 49kg - 1.585m female...
Can do 5 Pull Ups
Can do 30 Push Ups
Can do 50 Sit Ups
Can run 1km in 5 minutes
Can sprint 200m in under 35 seconds
Can do 5 dips

You don't get to 100kg without conscious bulking (or being fat), so that wouldn't really be an average person though. Also, the 100kg person would probably suffer on cardio, so it balances out.

The average person does little serious exercise so their strength should be roughly proportional to their weight.
Hahahahahaahahaha. Kids

Eating frequently means nothing. I eat 7-8 meals a day when I'm cutting and I lose weight on that, because my overall calorie intake is below my Total Daily Energy Expenditure. When I'm bulking I eat 4 large meals a day and gain weight. I'm sure if you added up your total caloric intake on an average day, it wouldn't come to a huge amount.
