Hi everyone,

In a week I will be sitting a small biology test about:
.Organelles and their functions in plant and animal cells
.Microscopes
.Adaptations and function of different cells
.Relate structure to function to eukaryotic cells
.STEM cells
.Differences between images formed from light and electron microscopes and calculate different magnifications
.Describe chromosones,genes and alleles
.Describe the stages of mitosis
.Explain diffusion using examples
.Explain osmosis
.Use scientific skills to investigate how concentration affects osmosis
.Explain where and why active transport is necessary

Does anyone have any advice on these topics and how to revise? Flashcards?Mindmaps? Lists? etc. And does anyone know any websistes where you can make mindmaps online as I love everything being neat!! Thankyou

Your topics seem fairly simple - mostly "describe". This is quite a low-demanding skill so you should be able to use flashcards to help you remember the key points. I think that's the most effective way for you atm.

Studyblue allows you to make online flashcards and mindmaps, if I remember correctly.
