What course should I do for making GMOs and clean energy?
I'm currently studying maths, physics, chemistry and biology at AS and I'm interested in making GMOs, clean types of energy, waste management and overall sustainable technology.
I'm a bit confused on what engineering to study, chemical? biochemical? environmental?
Any advice?

That's a very wide set of subjects and I doubt you would find a course which covers them all, and if you did the job prospects of such a course would be lackluster as you'd be missing a lot of relevant content.
GMOs would be environmental science or bioengineering, clean energy would be mechanical, chemical, aerospace, or EEE, waste management could be chemical or civil.
